Pearls of Oman Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Muscat

 

Arrive at Muscat International Airport and meet the local team for transfer to your city hotel. Check in and settle after the journey; the evening is free to rest or take a short walk nearby. Overnight in Muscat.

Muscat City Tour (Half Day)

 

Begin the day exploring Oman’s capital with a guided city route that connects history and daily life. Visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, then continue through the Government Quarter.

Walk Muttrah Souk and the Fish Market, pause at Muttrah Fort, view Al Alam Palace, and explore Bait Al Zubair Museum. Return to the hotel by early afternoon.

Wadi Bani Khalid & Wahiba Sands (Full Day)

 

Leave the city for a full-day journey inland. Stop at Wadi Bani Khalid, a green valley with clear pools framed by rock.

Continue to Wahiba Sands, where long dune lines shape the horizon and the drive slows with the terrain. Lunch is provided as a lunch box during the excursion. Return to Muscat by evening.

Nizwa & Al Hamra (Full Day)

 

Travel to Nizwa, once Oman’s capital and still a cultural center. Browse Nizwa Souk with its fish section, jewelry stalls, and local handicrafts, then stop for photos at Nizwa Fort.

Continue to Al Hamra, a 400-year-old village with traditional houses and quiet lanes. Lunch is provided as a lunch box during the tour. Return to Muscat in the evening.

Leisure Day in Muscat

 

A free day to rest or explore independently. Use the time to revisit Muttrah, enjoy a café by the corniche, or simply slow the pace before departure. Overnight in Muscat.
